Welcome to the official policy page for the Radar Devs. We value your trust and want you to be fully informed about our refund terms and how we handle your data.
Because this is a downloadable digital product, we offer limited refunds under strict conditions:
✅ Up to 7 days after purchase if the license has not been activated
✅ Up to 3 days after purchase if the license has already been activated
❗ Each customer is eligible for a refund only once
❌ Further refund requests from the same customer will be denied
All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@my-radar.eu with proof of purchase (order number, email used, and transaction date).
Once your refund is approved:
⛔ Your plugin license key will be deactivated
The plugin will no longer function on your domain
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 11 working days

When you purchase or activate the Radar Notifications Plugin, we may collect the following information:

Payment agent details (e.g., PayPal transaction ID — no card data is stored)
